Which size is right for me?
The volume of ashes after cremation varies based on the size of the individual and the method of cremation used. In general, cremation produces about one cubic inch of ashes per one pound of body weight.
We offer 2 sizes of urn scattering tubes. The 200 cubic inch tube will hold the full ashes of an adult up to approximately 200lbs. Our smaller, 90 cubic inch tube is appropriate for people and pets up to 90lbs. This smaller size is also commonly used when planning to scatter just a portion of the total ashes during your memorial event.
